Nicole first stepped onto the mats when her son began training Jiu Jitsu. Wanting to help him understand the techniques, she started learning alongside him—and quickly fell in love with the art herself. Three years later, she’s a dedicated practitioner and a passionate youth instructor at The Jiu Jitsu Company.

As a parent, Nicole understands the importance of coaches who truly care about their students. She believes Jiu Jitsu is more than just a sport; it’s a way to build confidence, community, and lifelong skills. She loves working with kids and helping them discover the fun and challenges of training.

Her favorite technique? The Baby Bolo. Her ideal student? Someone eager to learn and excited to try new things.

When she's not on the mats, Nicole enjoys being part of the JJC community—where every class is an opportunity to get better, make friends, and leave with a great workout.
