Cancellation Policy +
Month-to-month: Submit your cancellation in writing at least 15 days before your billing date. Re-enrolling within one calendar year carries a $100 admin fee.

6-month and annual agreements: Early termination fee equals the difference between the annual and month-to-month rate.

Accepted reasoning for early termination: Relocation more than 15 miles (proof required) or medical exemption (doctor's note required).
Refunds & Membership Changes +

Membership fees cover access to available services. Unused time is not refundable. Members can hold one active membership at a time — changes to your membership type end the previous one and carry a $100 admin fee.

Holds let you pause your monthly membership without canceling — but it's worth explaining how they work, because they're not quite the same as "paying for nothing"

Courtesy holds (vacation, work travel, scheduling gaps): $25/month for temporary pauses. You're paying to hold your spot, not for class attendance. We typically run at full capacity, and active enrollments get balanced against returning members — so the hold fee keeps your place in line when you come back.

Holds require a defined end date — minimum one month, starting after any current paid time no indefinite pauses. 6-month and annual memberships are not eligible for holds, since they're already discounted below the month-to-month rate.

Injury holds: If you're injured while training at JJC, the courtesy hold fee is waived for the duration of your recovery.

The standard 15 days notice applies to All Holds.
Processing fees +

Processing fees apply depending on your payment method: approximately 3.5% for credit card and 1.5% for ACH withdrawals. We pass these through at cost — we don't mark them up.
