The Jiu Jitsu Company is proud to be the Philadelphia flagship location and showroom for Wodify, a premier gym management software system. Originally developed for the CrossFit community, Wodify is now expanding to include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu-specific features, and we are excited to be at the forefront of this development.

Not only is Dr. Mike Israetel an extraordinary sports scientist, YouTube personality, and co-founder of Renaissance Periodization—he’s also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under us here at The Jiu Jitsu Company.
Dr. Mike has designed the exclusive Lifting for BJJ program we use at JJC, combining his expertise in strength training with his deep understanding of Jiu Jitsu. This program is tailored to help grapplers build strength, improve endurance, and enhance overall athletic performance on the mats.
