All regularly scheduled classes are canceled for Tuesday, July 4th. There will be an open mat from 12 noon until 2pm, open to all visitors with more than 3 months previous experience. If you have not visited us before, please get in touch with us to send you a waiver BEFORE you arrive.
If you are enrolled in our fundamentals program, and would like to attend open mat, you are welcome to repeat the positional sparring from the weekly curriculum, which we will have available to you on mat 2.
