The Jiu Jitsu Company offers Jiu Jitsu training for adults and children of all experience levels. Learn “The Gentle Art” in a clean, friendly, and inclusive environment, where we emphasize a structured approach, and employ professional instructors. The sport of Jiu Jitsu encompasses takedowns, positional control, and submissions designed for both sport and self defense applications.
Josh Vogel, co-owner and head instructor is a multiple-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and has been training, competing, and teaching professionally for 20+ years. He is a published sports writer, and the brains behind The Sloth Report, an online Jiu Jitsu newsletter.
Angela Vogel, co-owner, and instructor is also a black belt in Jiu Jitsu and has been training and teaching both Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai for 12 years. She is also the operations manager, and creative force behind our merchandise and social media.
The facility is immaculate, with top quality Zebra mats, Rogue lifting equipment, two spa quality showers/bathrooms that include amenities and towel service.
WODIFY x THE JIU JITSU CO.
The Jiu Jitsu Company is the Philadelphia flagship location and showroom for Wodify, a gym software management system. Originally targeting the CrossFit market, Wodify is expanding to add Brazilian Jiu Jitsu specific features, and we will be beta testing and providing feedback to them as the partnership continues.

All of our students receive FREE access to any current and additional features created, as well as in class visual aids, app access to all JJC specific content (and more!).
​
View the schedule, sign in for class, access to current and past curricula, including videos, take notes, message your coaches with questions, and post videos of your training. All included in any adult membership.
We encourage all students to continue their learning, even when you aren't training, and this is the perfect companion to our organized teaching style.
